How to get started

Use the calendar below to schedule a free 20-minute Zoom call. We’ll have a quick chat so I can learn more about what you’re looking for and share how I work. It’s a no-pressure way to get to know each other. And if I’m not the right person to support you, I’ll do my best to refer you to someone who is.

What happens after the intro call?

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session.

After the call, I’ll send you an email with a link to my secure client portal, where you can review my practice policies and complete an intake form if you’d like. The intake form is a questionnaire that asks about things like your background, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to get out of counseling. Some clients prefer to share this information in writing ahead of time, while others choose to discuss it together in session - either option is completely fine.

If you have questions at any point as we’re getting started, I’m happy to answer them and am available by email or phone.
